Let’s Greet Autumn with Music from the Four Seasons (NOT the One by Vivaldi)

Even though I’m a few days late, I’d like to pay tribute to the start of my favorite season of the year with a little music. Rather than playing something from the well-known The Four Seasons by Antonio Vivaldi, I thought I’d change things up with a movement from the Four Seasons Suite (Cuatro estaciónes porteñas) by the Argentinian composer Astor Piazzolla. Here’s a performance of Autumn in Buenos Aires (Otono porteño) by the Corona Piano Trio (Paolo Andre Gualdi, piano; Sinisa Ciric, violin; and Josip Petrac, cello) at Oxford college.
